Use Up and Down arrow keys to select the adapter you want to

conﬁgure. While a desired adapter is highlighted, press the <En-

ter> key to enter the Main Menu of the McBIOS Conﬁguration Util-

ity.

























3.2 McBIOS Conﬁguration manager

The McBIOS conﬁguration utility is ﬁrmware-based and uses to con-

ﬁgure raid sets and volume sets. Because the utility resides in the

SATA RAID controller ﬁrmware, its operation is independent of the

operating systems on your computer. Use this utility to:

• Create raid set,

• Expand raid set,
